PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS AND PACKAGES
PERSONAL TRAINING ONE ON ONE
Complete personalised attention, is the best kind of training for everyone who wants to make sure the program is really effective for their particular goals, whether it’s weight loss, strengthening upper body or getting fitter. The trainer will design a program that also serves good purpose to your posture, leaving you tall, strong and balanced, the best and fastest way to achieve results. Session lengths and packages options can be tailored to your needs eg 30, 45 or 60 minutes options.
PERSONAL TRAINING TWO ON ONE
Two on one is good for people of similar abilities and sharing the goals they would like to achive. You still get a lot of personal attention from your trainer. Cost effective way of utilising the benefit of personal training. You can train with your partner, friend or family member.

Whether you have a group of like minded people or are inundated with eager friends just wanting to get together for fitness fun, our funk our Strike Fitness Gang program can take up to 15 people at any time and at any location of your choice its a fun and successful way of getting results all with that extra support.

- Your complete outdoor training program. Its fun exciting and highly motivating, incorporating the best elements of training – all in the great outdoors.
- Outdoor fitness kicks off at 6am (the best time of the day) and runs for one hour. Your place your call lets do this for maximum results, three times a week..
PRE & POST NATAL SESSION
Well structured program to help pregnant women to prepare for the demands during the birthing process and all beautiful new mothers to return safely to the pre pregnancy shape and level of fitness that gives you membership to the Yummy Mummy Club!
